We took this trip to Utah since because of High Adventure, Philmont, baseball, etc., we weren't going to get to go on a regular vacation this year. By taking this trip to Utah, it at least made sure that Maddie and Reagan got to go on a really fun trip for them. The timing was perfect so that we could surprise Wakely at her baptism (sorry, no pictures). We were also in Utah for memorial day. We all borrowed coats from Sallie. I knew it was probably going to be cold in Utah, but I just couldn't bring myself to pack coats for a trip that was going to go into June!
It actually snowed in Utah on Memorial Day. It felt very cold to us Kansans who had left heat and sunshine to come to this!
All of my brothers and sisters and their families and my Aunt Linda and her family posing at the Huntsville Cemetery.Reagan, Sarah, Morgan & Camille. The girls stayed at Mary's house the night before so Mary's girls came with us, too. They all had so much fun together.
After visiting the Huntsville & Ogden cemeteries we went to Linda's church for dinner and to let the kids play. All the girls loved Sara's baby, but Maddie probably loved him the most.
Playing games in the gym.
Hank getting a drink. I had a great time taking pictures of Hank getting himself a drink. A great photo opportunity!
Griffin and Morgan with a ball.
A.J. having a great time hitting this ball.
Dressing up for a play.
Performing the play.
Later in the day we went to Grandma Housley's house. Grandma had sewn a bunch of fleece animals to donate to the church humanitarian service. She let each of the girls pick out one to keep. They loved that!
