Our Huge Tomato Plant

Well, it has been a LONG time since I've posted on my blog. I have taken so many pictures over the past year and a half that I filled up my hard drive on my computer. There were things I could have done to make it work, but I really did need a new computer anyway. I got my new computer on Saturday and it is a mac. I have never had a mac before, but both Marissa and Rob have used them at school for yearbook and photojournaling so they have been helping me. I decided on a mac since they're better for photos and that is the main thing I wanted my computer for. My new computer also has the real version of Photoshop and in the past I've only used Elements. I haven't quite figured out how to edit my pictures in photoshop, but I have learned how to post photos to the web from I photo. I decided that for now I will just post some unedited pictures and hopefully in the next few days Marissa can teach me enough about editing in Photoshop that I can at least do some basic editing!!We are not very avid or successful gardeners at our house. However, Marissa really likes homegrown tomatoes. We had 3 or 4 tomato plants this year and this plant was the only plant that survived. (Yes, this is only one plant!!) At the beginning of the summer it got lots of water and kept growing and growing, but it wasn't bearing any fruit. Once Mark backed off on the water, it started to actually grow tomatoes.
