I had heard great things about Cafe Rio, but I had never been there. It was on my list of things to do while we were in Utah. Kim suggested I get the salad with pork. It was as good as advertised! I loved it!

We got this idea for pennant necklaces from Skip to My Lou's summer craft camp. Kim had the supplies for it so we let the kids make them. Here, Kim is helping Allie.
