The Par Course up behind Weber State is a familiar place from my childhood. I remember when it was built. We always love to do outside things in Utah, especially by the mountains so I thought the par course would be a perfect activity. We have an exercise course like this near our church in Kansas. However, it is at a very flat park. This was fun and different because it was on the side of the mountain so it was hilly!

The kids loved stopping at all the exercise stations.
Grandpa and Hank!
After we had been going for awhile, Hank started noticing rocks on the trail. Amazingly enough, he spotted another one every time he looked down. He started collecting them and handing them to Maddie. I was beginning to wonder how long it was going to take us to do the par course if Hank was going to pick up all the rocks he could find.
There were many, many rocks on the trail. After awhile, Kim picked him up and gave him a piggy back ride. That got his mind off the rocks.
