Shockers Game

          Friday night Maddie, Reagan, and I went to a Shocker's game with some of our friends.  The girls rode with our friends and I met them there since the game started at 6:30 and the baptism I was attending also started at 6:30.

          By the time I got to the game, I was about an hour and 45 minutes late and it was the middle of the 7th inning.  Our friends had ended up getting some free tickets so I was very happy that they hadn't had to buy me a ticket.  One perk about being late is that I got to park in the VIP section so I parked very close to the stadium.

          It was kind of funny that the girls and I were going to the game and Mark & Rob didn't go.  Mark was doing some preparations for his upcoming High Adventure and Rob had gone fishing with some of his friends.  Morgan was babysitting so that is why she wasn't there.

          When I got to the game, the score was 1-0 for the Shockers.  The game had gone very fast since there hadn't been a whole lot of hits.

          In the bottom of the 8th inning the Shockers hit a grand slam.  I love this picture that I took where you can see all the guys running around the bases!

           Reagan and Maria were more interested in playing then watching the game.  Reagan has a pretty nice ball cap, wouldn't you say.  I don't think her brother would have been too impressed!  The Shockers were playing Northwestern.  Maria is wearing a Northwestern cap because her Dad is a Northwestern Alumni.
