Fun in the Sun at the elementary school ended up being Fun inside since outside it was pouring down rain and there was no sun!!
Maddie was partners with Sydney. Here they are doing the three legged race which was the station I was in charge of in the morning for the younger grades. This was a great station for me when it came to taking pictures. It wasn't the most popular station, so I had time in between to take pictures and my friend Kathy was right next to me as well as another lady that covered for me a time or two while I took pictures.
Tug of war was a fun one for Maddie!
I thought this game was so cute. The kids were supposed to use their noodles to touch the numbers on their partners apron to score points!!

Sarah and Morgan show off their KU's on their cheeks. One of Morgan's teachers is a die-hard K State fan, so Morgan takes every chance she gets to show him that she is a KU fan. Morgan and Sarah were the first pair in the afternoon to get a blackout. I didn't get too many pictures of Morgan during the afternoon. I was in charge of the wood stacking game. It was much more popular so most of the time I was busy doing my game rather than taking pictures. I must admit, though, the game was more fun to do even though I missed out on some photos!! Later on Morgan got a Jayhawk painted on the other cheek, but I didn't get a picture of that one!!
