Maddie's class field trip for this year was the zoo. I went as one of the parent helpers.
Our first stop was the petting zoo. We were having a hard time getting the animal food machines to work, but at least the animals were calmer since the girls didn't have food to feed them most the time.
Maddie had done her report on the camel so she wanted to have her picture taken by the real camel.
Reagan and Nancy were at preschool in the morning, but they joined us in the afternoon. I have to admit that when I saw this chimp sitting with his back to the glass that I told Reagan and Nancy to stand with the chimp between them and hold hands. I do like how the picture turned out.
