This is the 3rd year in a row that I let each of the 3 younger girls do an ornament party. Morgan got to do her party 1st. It went really well. Morgan was really helpful and she spent her time going around and helping the other girls make their ornaments. Morgan finished her own after the party was over.
These are the ornaments the girls did at Morgan's party. The girls either seemed to love or hate the pony bead ornaments. Everyone enjoyed doing the balls with rolled up paper inside. The girls rolled the strips of paper around a pencil and then put them in the ball. However, one of Morgan's friends just rolled up the strips without a pencil and it looked even better. Morgan did her's that way after the party was over. The snowman ornament was from a kit from Oriental Trading Company.
The present exchange was a little rough last year, but it went well this year. The girls ended up just trading back and forth with each other and in the end it seemed like everyone got a gift they liked and everyone was happy.
