Housley Family: Dala Horses - Daytrip to Lindsborg

This week we decided to go to Lindsborg and a few surrounding place for our day trip. Lindsborg is a Swedish town which is about 1 hrs and 15 minutes away from our house. They get a lot of tourism so the people there were especially friendly. We started out by getting the brochures listing the 31 dala horses for the hunt.

Reagan, Chloe, and Michael observing the painting of one of the horses. This horse is usually outside the place where they paint the horses, but today it was inside getting a new paint job.

This guy was really helpful to explain about the horses. He said that the horses with 4 legs are all made in Sweden. They only make horses with 2 legs in Lindsborg!

Morgan managed to find all 31 horses. She took a picture of all the horses along with the plaque by them which said their name! To get the final 3 horses, I drove her around to them while the rest of our group were eating their snow cones!
